We all know we are going to see big things from Comer and Thompson, but who do you think will surprise everyone and break through. My pick is Eric McKnight, I think he will be the best defensive player in the conference and if he can develop a 15 ft jump shot he will be a match-up nightmare for almost every other big in the conference

Jullian Debose. I expect one of the transfer guards to step up big as the Eagles trot out a guard heavy lineup that should be much deeper than they've ever been. I expect Dooley to heavily rotate up to 12 players and push the tempo much more than they were able last year. That's going to give a big opportunity to one of the new guards to play a key role. My two cents.

I would not be surprised one bit if Debose is good right out of the gate. Since Erik is no longer on the team I guess I'll have to switch it up and place my money on Marc-Eddie. He has crazy bounce and I think with the departure of McKnight he could get some very solid minutes.

I think we are going to play a lot of (3) guard lineups next year. I look for Brian Greene Jr. & Jamail Jones to be break out players. You could see Jamail getting more comfortable as the season progressed last year.
Starting Lineup:
G Bernard Thompson
G Brett Comer
G Brian Greene Jr.
F Jamail Jones
C Nate Hicks

I would honestly be surprised if Greene cracked the starting 5, but I think he will be a solid spark plug off the bench next season.

I definitely think Jamail Jones will play tremendously better this season. He barely sat last year and I think the deep bench will give him some rest and will do him some good.

Watched every game in tourney couple years back,adopted some plays also for my team,so with that said I have to disagree 100% on your take on breakout player,recruited a kid last fall and that kid is not only your breakout player but will be freshman of the year in A-SUN,that all around player is Christian Terrell,
